We are currently recruiting for a Chemotherapy Unit Staff Nurse for our clients established hospital based in Manchester. The hospital will be run by Londons leading cancer centre.

You will be required to:

- Independently assess patient care requirements and agree with the patient the level of nursing care required
- Deliver nursing care and initiate change or decide upon new and complex care with appropriate supervision
- Work with HCA/students, delegating and supervising care as appropriate
- Evaluate nursing outcomes based on assessment and analysis of nursing interventions.
- Ensure the highest quality of practice and care.

You will also

- Ensure that appropriate policy, NMC and national guidelines are adhered to.
- Implement appropriate patient care around infection control.
- You will also take action in emergency situations.

-You will be a Registered Nurse - Level 1 haemato-oncology experience at least 2 years
- NMC Registration and PREP requirements
- Phlebotomy/IV Cannulation/Chemotherapy training desirable
