Our client is a leading healthcare organisation that provide care and support for older people through a network of residential care homes, nursing homes and community services. Their 22 bed 3* rated residential home with dementia care is situated in the Bedford area and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.
We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing people at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.
The role is full time role with a company pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, sickness benefit and several incentives which are unique to the organisation. You will need to be RGN/NVQ qualified, RMA would be a advantage, with a minimum of two years management experience in a similar environment.
