We are seeking a Charge Nurse who is dynamic, self motivated and able to inspire your team to attain your own very high standards of nursing expertise. Good leadership skills and a broad clinical knowledge are required. can provide the best possible care to our residents at Magnolia Court Care Home. As a nurse with Barchester Healthcare, you will be given significant responsibility and the ability to enjoy the impact of your work on our resident’s lives. You will attend to the physical and emotional care needs of residents, promoting a holistic, person-centered approach.

Requirements
The ideal Registered Nurse candidates should have:
• a dynamic and enthusiastic personality a genuine caring nature with good interpersonal skills
• the ability to work on their own initiative and within a team
• an understanding of the day to day challenges of the care home environment
• excellent clinical standards and organisation skills to lead a multi-disciplinary team
• must be NMC registered
