Job Description
If you're a skilled deputy manager who's looking for a new professional opportunity, it could be time to add your expertise to our clients. As they continue to grow and develop their services. They are an stablished specialist hospital for people with autism.
You'll provide essential assistance and support in the day-to-day management of the hospital. Delivering first-rate nursing care, you'll assess patients' needs and develop individual care plans accordingly - evaluating these on a regular basis. You'll also act as a professional role model for other staff, maintaning and upholding the highest clinical standards. This will mean participating in teaching programmes, supervising staff and carrying out appraisals. As part of the multi-disciplinary team visiting prospective patients, you'll help to assess their needs and their suitability for treatment with us.
The role calls for a good knowledge of the Care Qaulity Commission (CQC), Mental Health Inspectorate, Health & Safety Executive and Environmental Health. You'll need to be an RNLD, RNMH or RMN with a Registered Manager's Award, A1 Assessor's Award or equivalent.
