Prime Time Recruitment is delighted to be working with a reputable organisation that provides Care to the Elderly in Nursing and Residential Homes across Northamptonshire.
One of their "excellent" 3 star homes currently has a vacancy for a Deputy Manager to work alongside their experienced and competent Home Manager, with a view to eventually taking over this role within a projected time scale. You will have overall management responsibility for the 65 bedded home in the Manager's absence, providing leadership to staff and working within the established budgets.
RGN/RMN qualified, you will assist the Home manager to ensure budgets and the financial performance of the home is met, ensuring the great staff team that is in place remain motivated, enthusiastic and happy, identifying training needs and carrying out regular supervision. You will also be required to monitor and maintain high standards of nursing and services to service users whilst representing and promoting the Home and Company with due professionalism at all times.
