We are working on behalf of our client to find them a Deputy Manager to assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of a 40 bedded EMI nursing and dementia unit based on the outskirts of Newport.

Ideally you would have had experience in senior roles in the past .You would be a RNM/RGN and be in reciept of a valid NMC pin number.

Your duites would include taking charge of the home in the managers absence,working alongside the manager in all aspects of running the home.

You would be required to work 12 hours a week supernumery and 24 on the floor.
