The Group
is a joint venture between two highly respected healthcare organisations, a leading British provider of health and social care service solutions; and one of Southern Africa’s leading private hospital operators.
The Unit
is run by the group on behalf of the NHS. It has 20 day surgery beds, an endoscopy unit and 13 chemotherapy day places. The unit is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm.
The Position
The role will be suitable for either an experienced or developing endoscopy nurse with relevant qualifications, who wishes to work for a company where they can influence the quality of patient care directly and be at the forefront of changes in the way elective healthcare is provided.
The successful candidate will have previous experience and will have taken an active leadership role in promoting, developing and sustaining the key focus areas for nursing.
You will be familiar with company conditions of employment, have a high standard of clinical practise and a professional approach tp patient care.
You will also have the ability to enhance working relationships within the MDT.
