The centre is located in the heart of Riyadh and has four specialities including Cardiac Surgery (adult and paediatric), Adult Cardiology, Paediatric Cardiology, and Cardiac Anaesthesia. The hospital has 4 cardiac operating rooms and 5 interventional cardiac catheter labs.
Job Description:
The Head Nurse is Responsible for the administration, supervision and coordination of all Nursing and unit related activities in CCU. The Head Nurse is responsible for supporting the unit team in ensuring the highest standard of patient care is provided in the 21 bed CCU (including 8 acute beds for ventilated patients).
Skills Required:
Previous CCU and/or ICU nursing experience as well as nursing management experience essential. Candidate must possess very good management skills, be motivated, demonstrate initiative and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor in Nursing.
Current RN License.
Post graduate course in Coronary Care or ICU Nursing and/or Nursing Administration preferred.
Minimum 6 years post registration experience, of which at least 2 years must be in relevant speciality.
