My Client is looking for an experienced Home Manager to work with Elderly service users. The successful candidate will be an RGN and hold leadership and management in care services (RMA) qualification. This home is in the Gloucester area, more details will be provided upon receipt of interest as this is a confidential role.
Responsibilities will include :
•High quality care and support to clients and staff
•Implement the company’s corporate standards, policies and procedures
•Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
•Financial performance and operating plan objectives
•Liaise with the Care Quality Commission
•Experience of managing budgets
•Managing a staff team
