This purpose-built nursing home has over 50 beds and is situated in the heart of a beautiful Gloucestershire village within easy access of major road links and stunning countryside.
It is classed as their flagship nursing home being a CQC 3 star rated home and is the embodiment of the Group’s philosophy of creating homes that are more in keeping with a Senior Citizens residential hotel than a nursing home. All rooms are en-suite and their commitment to person-centred care is clearly evident here.
There are also independent living units within the grounds and the owners/ tenants of these flats and bungalows have full use of all the homes' facilities. This home is only a short distance from the Group’s EMI Dementia unit, which therefore provides an easy and logical referral alternative should this need arise.
They are looking for an experienced Manager who has managed budgets and a large number of staff with a strong nursing/clinical background, to join an established warm and friendly team. They must be RGN or RMN qualified and registered with the NMC. Experience of working within the care home sector is preferable.
This is a 100% supernummary role, however they will expected to be hands on when necessary.
An excellent salary of above £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) is in offer for this position, together with a pension, healthcare, performance related bonus and 33 days holiday (inc. Bank Holidays)
