The Client:
A large leading nursing home provider is searching for some great high calibre candidates in South Yorkshire. This is a great chance to work a progressive company.
The Role
Our client is looking for a Nursing Home Manager for their medium residential nursing home. As home manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running the home; including care plan implementation, adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary. You will also be responsible for staff recruitment, training and appraisals and organising staff rotas. Whilst you will have a superb support network to assist with a broad spectrum of matters, you will also be required to handle liaising with external bodies and the setting and monitoring of budgets. You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.
The Person
You will be based between Barnsley and Rotherham. An RGN with experience as deputy manager or manager of a medium sized nursing home. Must possess the ability to improve standards of care and increase occupancy levels and be passionate about the welfare of the service users.
