Operations Manager – Elderly Domiciliary
The salary for the position is circa £40,000 + Benefits
My client is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care / Operations Manager based in the North West London / Buckinghamshire / Middlesex area to head up a region of domiciliary care branches for the elderly. As the Operations Manager you will ensure that all the care services are in line with CQC / CSCI regulations and are to the highest level of quality possible. My client is looking for the ideal candidate to have proven experience within a similar position. As the Operations Manager you ideally must hold any of the following, RMA / NVQ 4 Leadership & Management / DMS / NVQ 4 health & Social Care with management experience or be a registered nurse.
