LARGE PRIVATE HEALTHCARE ORGANISATION REQUIRE REGIONAL MANAGER FOR ABERDEENSHIRE AREA.
This reputable and leading provider of elderly care through residential and nursing services, are looking to recruit and effective and inspirational Senior Manager.
Through effective, professional management and prioritisation to support and direct a group of 10 residential/nursing homes across Aberdeenshire to achieve maximum financial performance commensurate with highest care standards.
Responsibilities include;
* Achieving maximum occupancy of homes in your area.
* Review weekly management reports to ensure all budgets are adhered to.
* Maintain a relationship with all key referrers.
* Complete regulation 26 reports on all homes.
* Ensure that all statutory requirements are met (CSA2000, H&S, COSHH, etc.)
* Promote induction & training throughout all homes.
* Ensure all Home Managers carry out effective reviews of care standards.
Excellent package includes competitive salary - up to £46,000, fully expensed company car, bonus scheme and 5 weeks annual leave.
