A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Relief Manager (RGN) to work within various nursing homes across the North of the UK.

It is essential that job holder is prepared, at short notice, to work anywhere in the North of the UK, travel extensively and to lodge overnight when necessary. The main purpose of this job is to provide interim management at any Care or Nursing Home within the U.K. and through direct intervention and practical support to improve the overall performance of any Home which is not meeting expectations, standards or requirements (whether internal or external). . The job holder must in possession of a current PIN registration as a RGN and hold a current driving licence.

The main point of this role is to Identify and produce improvement plans and targets relating to occupancy, financial and clinical performance and manage such targets through direct intervention, practical support and monitoring.

The package includes:
•£38.000 per annum
•30 days holiday entitlement
Expenses will be paid by employer for overnight accommodation.
