RGN Deputy Manager is required for a 40 bed care home based in the Bedfordshire area, looking after elderly patients.

Currently they have a 23 bed occupancy and are growing.
They are looking for an experienced RGN Deputy Manager, to assist will all aspects of the running of the facility.

The Home’s excellent standards of nursing and care are complemented by the very best in physical surroundings. The professional and experienced staff team provide the highest standards for nursing, physical care, dementia rehabilitation and respite. They are justifiably Recognised by CQC by excellent inspection reports the Home receives.

The shift pattern is day shift but you will need to be flexible and cover the odd night shift when staff are absence.
