*NEW* A fantastic opportunity for a strong Registered Nurse to develop their experience has arisen with one of the leading providers of Nursing Home Care. This organisation seeks an ambitious Registered Nurse to undertake the position of Deputy Manager within their nursing home in a Rural South Gloucestershire location within easy commuting distance of all major Gloucestershire, North Somerset and South Wales Conurbations.

This home is a medium sized service with an exceptional management team who I am confidently able to endorse. The Deputy Manager will aid the Matron in administrative, personnel and clinical duties and will be prepared to develop budgetary and marketing competencies whilst in the Deputy Manager Post.

The successful candidate will be:

•A First Level Registered Nurse
•An excellent communicator
•An honest and dedicated practitioner
•Ambitious and driven

It is desirable that you:

•Have experience and competencies relevant to Elderly Care
•Be working towards or holding a management qualification
•Demonstrate leadership/supervisory skills
•Have a sound knowledge of the care standards act and other relevant legislation, initiatives and associated practices
