We are currently recruiting a junior home manager for our clients private care home based in Edinburgh. The home is 17 bedded and and caters for elderly frail residents. As the home is small the manager is expected to do clinical duties as well as managerial duties. The post would suit someone currently working as a charge nurse/deputy home manager looking to get into their first managers post.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a charge nurse/deputy manager within a care home
- Be registered general nurse (RGN)
- Be registered with NMC
- Have strong clinical skills and a very good understanding of CSCI standards
