Job Title – RNLD Nurse
Location – Bristol Area
Pay – £22 – 25k
Job Description –
This particular vacancy lies within a service offering assessment, intervention, help and support to those with learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge or complex needs. It also has the facility to assist those that are detained under the mental health act.
The service currently requires additional LD qualified Nurses to work at their facility based in Bristol. This company offers a culture of job satisfaction and career progression as standard. Both newly qualified and experienced Learning Disability Nurses are encouraged to apply.
Successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring the provision of appropriate nursing care is given at all times, including individual care plans, continuous assessment of care needs. As part of a team you will be accountable for the development, implementation and evaluation of care plans.
