We are actively recruiting experienced Support Workers who have experience working with adults with learning disabilities such as autism.
You will be required to work in a residential home with a number of service users either on a one to one basis or in small groups.
Some service users may display challenging behaviour.
You will need to have a minimum of six months experience within the UK.
Your duties will involve daily interaction with the service users, taking clients out into the community, catering for the individual interests and social needs.
